From your first call to submitting help desk tickets, our employees are all Microsoft Certified Solutions Partners. That means whether we're your first IT support provider or you're an IT manager looking for some outsourced help, you will talk to someone who understands your challenges. 

The purpose of this initial call is for us to be able to understand what your unique challenges and objectives are. At the end of this 30-minute call, we will either determine together that we are not the right fit, or we will discuss and proceed with the subsequent steps in the process.
