As 2016 draws to a close, we take a look back at some of the numbers that defined our year. 2016 was a year of growth, from new hires to expanding out capabilities to taking on new customers and new challenges.
Numbers tell a story, but they don’t tell the whole story. While I am proud of the numbers in this infographic, I am more proud of our team and our customers.
This year has been a year of change for us as we set the baseline for how we work for our customers. Each year PTG has a theme that sets the tone for the year. It helps get everyone rowing in the same direction, regardless of where they sit in the organization. Our theme for 2016 was: “Delivering Phenomenal Experiences”.
Our business is not one where people call us to tell us that things are going just great. Customers typically engage with us when things aren’t working quite like they should, they need to get a large project completed, or they want to change to us as their solution provider. All of those are painful changes. It was our goal in 2016 to make every experience, both internally and externally, a phenomenal one for all those involved. I hope we hit that mark for you and your team in 2016 and we look forward to continuing to “Sharpen the Saw” in 2017.
