How to Change Your Office 365 Billing Information

Customers often ask us how to update their credit card information in Office 365. It's easy to do as long as you know where to look. Here's how:

You MUST be a global admin or billing admin to make these changes.

Step 1:
Go to and log in with your company email address and password:Update Office 365 Billing Info - Step 1

Step 2:
Click on your Admin icon on the home page:

Step 3:
Click on Billing:

Step 4:
Click on Subscriptions:

Step 5:
On the far right of the screen, select subscription details:

Step 6:
Under payment details hit edit and change/update your billing information:
