Armada Analytics is a national commercial real estate contract services company specializing in mortgage debt and investment analysis. The company offers pre-screen and full underwriting, asset management, zoning compliance report, insurance review, and site due diligence services for real estate loans and acquisitions. Clients include Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Capital One, Citibank, Regions, and Prudential.
Armada Analytics began working with PTG in 2010 when the company moved its headquarters to Greenville, SC. We began providing technical support, recommending new tools as needed, monitoring the server, and addressing all technical issues. We implemented Office 365 for Armada Analytics, upgraded their SharePoint to the latest version with Cloud storage, and set up the CRM. This new solution immediately solved their downtime issue, because they no longer had to rely on outdated onsite servers. The system also instantly gave them top-of-the-line encryption to meet the requirements of its existing and potential clients.
The software upgrade allows employees to upload large numbers of files and manage complex documents more easily, which is particularly important due to the necessary collaboration and sharing of files between the Greenville office and satellite offices. Versioning gives employees the ability to track changes to a file, no matter who is making them or where they are located. And because everything lives in the Cloud, there’s no need to email files back and forth.
