Matt is our Service Manager, working closely with our service team to ensure phenomenal service delivery. He was PTG’s first employee based in Charleston before moving full time to the Upstate. He brings several years of IT support experience to the job, having previously worked in IT support and repair at a local computer store and technical support for a local internet service provider.
Matt is originally from Ocean Isle Beach, NC. He went to college at UNC Chapel Hill, where he studied Classical Archaeology and spent his summers excavating ancient sites in Italy and Israel. Outside of his work at PTG, Matt teaches SCUBA Diving as a PADI IDC Staff Instructor. In fact, before turning in his wetsuit for a keyboard (during the week, at least), he spent a year and half as a full-time diving instructor in the British Virgin Islands.
