Andrew is a helpdesk engineer at PTG, handling everything from installing software and troubleshooting client’s issues to full infrastructure replacement. He focuses heavily on security and is PTG's resident firewall expert. He has several Microsoft Certifications including Specialist for Administering Office 365 for Small Business, Certified Professional for Administering Office 365, and Certified Technology Specialist for Enabling Office 365.

Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys trying new cocktail recipes for his home bar and grilling on the weekends.
